Headphones or a subwoofer are heavily suggested.

This is a specialty stereo sleep sound I created by starting with a small sample of the energy emitted by our Cosmic Background Radiation. I extended the sound and subjected it to a number of low pass filters and equalization settings that I use to take out some of the harshness from the noise. This is done to help the sound induce the maximum calming effect that it can.

Just set your favorite audio player to loop this seamlessly to help get to sleep, relax, meditate, focus, the possibilities are as endless as the universe itself.

The image is a public domain image of the cosmic background radiation put together by NASA and WMAP.

"The accidental discovery of cosmic microwave background radiation is a major development in modern physical cosmology. Although predicted by earlier theories, it was first found accidentally by Arno Penzias and Robert Woodrow Wilson as they experimented with the Holmdel Horn Antenna. The discovery was evidence for an expanding universe, (big bang theory) and was evidence against the steady state model. " -
